• Hi Geoff, Thanks for your review. The rating required on our website has nothing to do with 1Cover so I am not sure how this would affect any experience you might have if you had to make a claim with 1Cover. You could always rate customer service based on your customer experience. For example; their communications with you during your purchase process whether via their website or email. Further to this, you will be pleased to know that the review section of our site is undergoing a complete redesign in the next month and the compulsory rating for Customer Service has been removed.

  • I know their purchasing is easy, took 24 hrs to pay them and receive the policy. However it is now 5 1/2 months since I made a simple claim, over 60 emails to them, most not replied to and in the refusal letter they stated 'Your incident in the Bali airport has been denied" too bad it was Phukett airport in Thailand, they don't read your emails and they juts delay until you give up. Robbed of $1550 + minus $200 deductible and they wanna pay me $190. Maybe that explains why its easy to buy.
