When I needed you, you weren't there
I have had such a great experience with 1cover in the past but I guess that's because I haven't had to call out of hours. I was in a very distressing situation at Hong Kong airport when I missed my flight because the previous Qantas flight was delayed. There were no Qantas staff at Hong Kong airport at 8pm to help us re-book flights and was sent on a mission all around the airport for about 2 hours. I tried calling 1cover and of course office was closed and couldn't even get advice on what to do. Really frustrating. When your operating as a global travel insurance company there should be an operator available at all times. Thankfully someone finally gave us a number to call qantas and we were able to be re-booked on to another flight. Imagine though if that hadn't happened?? I would of had to wait overnight in the airport to speak to someone from 1cover, little too late. Not happy and I'll definitely be re-thinking going with 1cover again.
