Not covered for eruption

Hi Carys,

Our policies offer cover for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances. As standard we cover for natural disaster, but once an event is known and is in the mass media this is no longer unforeseen, warnings of high activity for Mt Agung were issued mid September.

However, policies would still cover all other benefits of the policy as standard, e.g. overseas medical expenses, luggage and personal effects, family emergency etc.
