    Keeping an open dialogue with our customers is how we improve our service, so thank you for your feedback.

    Because quality costs more, I am unable to find a BMW for the same price as a Hyundai. It’s the same with Travel insurance, we provide quality cover and legendary customer service. So whilst our competitors have trimmed costs – we have done the opposite – hiring Doctors and nurses to be on our 24/7 emergency assistance team, doubling our call centre staff, having local call centers in Sydney, Brisbane and Auckland rather than the outsourcing to the Philippines. There are countless decisions like this where we focus on putting the customer first, which no doubt far costlier, but it is a far better service.
