Very good customers service prior to claim
I have always found the customer service excellent until claims were made on my last trip. They took about 5 months to finalise and I was not notified when they were completed, I had to do the calling re this very disturbing especially being the USA

Thank you for your feedback. We don’t like to see customers upset and inconvenienced. We strive to create a positive customer experience, and not getting back to you within the time frame we promised falls way short of the high standard of service that we expect from our staff. I'm sorry that you experienced this.
