    Keeping an open dialogue with our customers is how we improve our service, so thank you for your feedback.

    We like to think we're different from other insurance companies, we offer everyday value prices on our policies whilst still maintaining a high quality product.
    So whilst our competitors have trimmed costs and offer 'discounts' – we have done the opposite – hiring Doctors and nurses as to be on our 24/7 emergency assistance team, doubling our call centre staff, having local call centers in Sydney, Brisbane and Auckland rather than the outsourcing to the Philippines. We have some claims that are paid out within 48 hours of receiving the documentation. There are countless decisions like this where we focus on putting the customer first, which no doubt is far costlier, but it is a far better service.
