No need for fear of not being completely covered!
When I broke my leg skiing, I was hesitant when my medical expenses were adding up that I had not paid a high enough fee to cover me. After submitting my Japanese Dr letter that had to be translated, I was assured I was covered as recommended within 48 hours. My calls were even answered within a minute of dialing- no wait time! My three kids and I were booked on flights home. Special seats and wheelchair support sorted, meeting the needs for the for severity of my injury.
1 week later I am home, have been guided on submitting my claim for expenses I had to fork out for treatment and required transport at time of injury and even got a call a day after arriving home to make sure all was ok!
Never experienced service like it! Would highly recommend 1Cover to anyone.
