So much small print not sure why ive even bothered to have insurance
I tried buying insurance from one of your reps over email and what a joke. She couldn't give me a detailed invoice so i could bank transfer or give my credit card details over email. Is this the 1900s or what... get it together and get a better way of organising payment. Also 3 days gap is such a joke for residential already overseas! I mean you are already price gouging whats three days. Anyways im stuck with you now and wont be back

If you advise this is not adequate or you do not feel comfortable, we can run through the alternatives.
