Baggage delay payment only available after 10 day processing time and no 24 customer care when overseas is a joke

We issue the certificate of insurance with contact numbers for both our 24/7 emergency line and general customer service.
I'm so sorry to hear that your claim took this long to process, this is certainly not what we strive for, and we aim to process all claims within 10 business days of receiving all relevant documentation.
