Very friendly, helpful and generous; a bit confused at times

1Cover helped me after an accident overseas. The staff were very friendly, offered all sorts of help, and organised new flights for me and my son, including an upgrade to business for me. I was very grateful for their help and the kindness of the staff. The only problem was every time I had contact with them I got a different person, and was asked to send documents again and again, or asked the same things again and again. It seemed like no one was overseeing things or that it wasn't "case managed". It just became quite confusing. Otherwise they were excellent and I will use 1Cover again.
