Don't pay up when you want to claim
i went on a cruise on 5th march and on my birthday we were meant to dock at Isle of Pines and were booked Ar Le Meridian for lunch...P&O refunded our booking for restaurant resort But my insurance said it will send me claim forms which it hasn't, apparently the guy said I'm entitled to 250 dollars for missing a port due to cyclone

I'm sorry that you haven't received the claims forms as advised. You are able to submit a claim online on our Make a Claim page, alternatively if you require the forms to be posted out can you please email me at info@1cover.com.au with your policy number and I can arrange this for you.
