Why stop the returning client discount?
I have used 1Cover many times over the past few years. I have always been offered a returning client discount. The latest policy I purchased did not offer same, and when I inquired about it, I was informed that "1Cover doesn't offer that discount any more". No explanation, just the fact. My latest interaction with 1Cover was therefore disappointing.

Keeping an open dialogue with our customers is how we improve our service, so thank you for your feedback.
At 1Cover we provide quality cover and legendary customer service. So whilst our competitors have trimmed costs – we have done the opposite – hiring Doctors and nurses as to be on our 24/7 emergency assistance team, doubling our call centre staff, having local call centres in Sydney, Brisbane and Auckland rather than outsourcing overseas.
There are countless decisions like this where we focus on putting the customer first, which no doubt is far costlier, but it is a far better service.
