Claims experience very poor
My daughter's suitcase arrived in Vanuatu severely damaged, 3 days after we arrived there. Essential medication was delayed and ruined, by being exposed to heat, requiring a visit to a doctor to prescribe new medication and the purchase of new medication. My daughter also had to purchase clothes, while her suitcase was located. The offer of $250, in response to her claim was grossly inadequate.

I am sorry your claims outcome wasn't as you had hoped, I can appreciate why you're disappointed in the limits of our policy in regards to luggage delays.
