    I am sorry your claims outcome wasn't as you had hoped, I can appreciate why you're disappointed in the limits of our policy in regards to luggage delays.

  • There were 3 limits involved, being medical, luggage delay and luggage damage. All that was offered was the maximum of one of those 3 limits. We have used 1Cover for many years, paying many thousands of dollars in premiums and this is our first claim. Not good, not fair!
