Should be simple but isn’t
No communication between emergency claims and normal claim departments. I had to chase up my reimbursement only to have it reduced by the excess I have already paid. Takes ages to get replies from them. Not pleased with the fact no one seems to communicate with anyone else

I regret that we provided you with bad service and a poor customer experience, it is the exact opposite of what we pride ourselves on.
