disappointed
Whilst I appreciate the prompt responses, both at the time of my accident and subsequently, I was disappointed to find that my cover did not include the necessary expenses incurred as a result of my accident overseas. It appears it would have been better for me, and more expensive for you, had I stayed longer in Scotland and recuperated there.
