    For any type of claim we do require relevant documentation, we try to be as flexible and understanding as the policy allows us to be but we are unable to process a claim without any documentation for the lodgement.

    Of course, we consider all claims on a case-by-case basis, and our aim is to work towards a solution. If you’re unhappy with the outcome of your claim, you can choose to have the original decision reviewed by emailing your policy details to me at info@1cover.com.au with the subject ' Attn Sophie: Compare Review'
