Happy to take your premiums but make it impossible to claim small amounts
Lost a pair of Maui Jim sunglasses prior to leaving Barcelona and didn't discover this until we were on the plane. On our return submitted a claim and provided a receipt of approx $350 for a replacement. With excess etc would probably expect to get $100 to $150 back. I paid a premium of $467 for cover. Your claims area require a report from the airport (already left) and the original receipt (who keeps receipts for sunglasses) I used your company before but will never use again.

For any type of claim we do require relevant documentation, we try to be as flexible and understanding as the policy allows us to be but we are unable to process a claim without any documentation for the lodgement.
Of course, we consider all claims on a case-by-case basis, and our aim is to work towards a solution.
