Cost effective service
Having fallen ill on holiday i found the customer service and claims process to be fairly straight forward. Support was adequate however i didn't get a respond regarding an upgrade on my ticket. The 14hrs + flight time took its toll. I was off work on returning home for 4 days and still recovering from my illness. Faster response on queries, decisions on upgrading flight and advise on local practitioners would have been helpful. Processing is fast and efficient. Overall i am satisfied. Thanks Yusuf
