Slow Claims Process
Had to call a couple of times for them to look at a claim that was submitted almost 3 months earlier. Then received a call saying that they would not be paying it out because the excess was more than the lost item.
Not great service. Used their services for 4 different overseas trips and had only made one claim in that time. Be weary about getting this insurance especially for lost luggage/personal items.
