Would never use again
I am still waiting for a reply to my 3rd email in regard to an issue I had. The auto reply says I should have a reply in 2 working days. Twice it has taken 4 days.

I regret that we provided you with bad service and a poor customer experience, it is the exact opposite of what we pride ourselves on.
