First time claim
We have been with 1Cover for 10 years and had to cancel our cruise 3 days before sailing because of hubby's ill health (declared)- I was worried about him and stressing over making a claim - but it was an easy process and the staff were lovely and kept me informed of the process - the claim was paid within 10 days Thank you all
