Given the ease of getting a quote online & follow up "chat" with staff to make sure I had done all correctly I was totally satisfied with the service provided & 1Covers' very competitive rate. Unfortunately we recently had to cancel our holiday due to an unexpected illness. 1Cover claims department were just wonderful, very friendly, helpful and professional. The forms required to be completed were easy to follow and support was just a phone call away. Would not hesitate to use 1Cover again or recommend them to family or friends.
