Watch Claim
I claimed for a watch that I lost while in Canada but was refused because I couldn't prove ownership even though I showed pictures of my watch that I had taken for home insurance purposes. ( I didn't have a receipt of purchase ) Regards

I’m sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the outcome of your claim. We do require original receipts or proof of purchase for claims.
