Quick & easy claims process
After having to cancel my cruise the day before going due to health reasons on 10 Dec 2018, I submitted a claim online. Within 24 hours they had approved my claim and I received the funds in my account 2 days later.
Could not be more impressed with the ease and speed of their claims processing. Will definitely only ever take out insurance with 1 Cover in the future.
