Just hope it’s not complicated
Sure - the premiums are low and provided you’ve got all your receipts, you’ll get reimbursed - but be prepared to take control of your own situation. I broke my shoulder in Oaxaca - the specialist there said I was ok to fly home - then I contacted 1Cover and the fiasco commenced. I could have organized my own flights and been home for surgery before these clowns had any kind of plan - seriously dealing with very nice, but ultimately unprepared people who had no overall control or common sense.
