  • Hi, I’ve been dealing with your very professional NZ team, but they’ve been totally let down by your system here in Mexico City, which is effectively non-existent. In short, you’re offering a product for sale, that you cannot deliver on - so either exclude Mexico or pull finger and fix your system. I have had to pay over $20,000 NZD myself, on my Visa card, as 1Cover’s system here is a complete failure.
