Helpful and supportive
Hi, In London in November 2019, I broke my wrist. 1Cover were very helpful and supportive. My only constructive criticism would be that I had emailed all documentation to the email address advised by the emergency operator in London but then once I returned home 1Cover Australia had none of these documents. seemed strange to me that 1Cover didn't have a central file of all documents sent in. The overall experience was very good and I received refunds for all tours paid for that I couldn't do. Thank you
