• Yes it was the same for us....paid for nothing! We tried to cancel our policy due to illness before we even departed on our trip, but they would not accept it because we emailed them too late, even though we actually did telephone them before the start of our travel dates! So we paid out $170 for nothing. And being pensioners, that was a huge amount that we had saved for. They absolutely have no empathy for their customers, will not be insuring with them again. Very bad service, very bad.
