• Had the same issue. Got an illness AFTER to purchasing travel insurance from them. Changed my flight as a result and made a claim with them. No biggie. I got approved. They now cannot tell me whether or not I am even covered while I am currently on my holiday...there is interdepartment confusion as to whether my policy is now null and void...for whatever god knows reason. I was told to read page 15 of my pdf to further understand their policies? Seriously?
