For once a substantial claim, well handled
2 week skiing holiday in Austria, second last day, late in the afternoon, poor visibility, a fall with a bad landing on my shoulder resulting in a grade 3 acromio-clavicular rupture. Needed X-rays, MRI and surgery that evening. An expensive exercise but we were happy to bill this to our credit card and claim on return. It took just over the suggested 10 days to get approval for the full amount (including bank charges and taxi from the clinic). A second claim to replace the screen on my iPhone (broken in the fall) was met in full and within about 3 days of claim. I have nothing but praise and thanks for the professional and expedient way my claims were handled. Thank you.
