Insure and Go provide good value and excellent service.

Have used I&G on two occasions on the first had to cancel holiday due to health reasons. Submitted claim which was accepted and paid promptly. Staff involved in the claim process very understanding and sympathetic.
Second occasion is for a current trip. I entered an incorrect date on my application and when I contacted I&G to inform them of the error they cancelled my policy issued a new one and refunded me the difference. Staff member assisting very polite and helpful. Based on my experience I have no hesitation in recommending for travel insurance. Another plus was the additional premium for pre-existing health issues which was lower than other insurers.
