Cancelled trip claim
I needed to claim for a cancelled trip due to a sudden health issue. My claim was accepted. My only complaint was that I was required to contact all the companies I had booked with to ask for refunds before submitting my claim. Under the circumstances, with a stressful health issue to deal with, this created unnecessary stress for me and my husband and I felt it could have been managed better.
