They treated me more fairly than I might have expected.
I used InsureandGo for the first time in 2014, and I have used them ever since. In about a dozen overseas trips, 2014 was the first and only time I have ever needed to make a claim, and I had so little evidence to back up my claim that I expected they would reject it out-of-hand. It was an unlikely (but true!) story: a train delayed by a suicide on the tracks, the police stopping all rail traffic for several hours, a plane missed, four days' holiday written off. To make things worse, it was in a different-language country, and neither the police (understandably) nor the railway officers were in the least interested in providing me with any kind of evidence to show to my insurer. But InsureandGo accepted my claim, and agreed to cover my losses. You can't ask for better service than that!
