Very stressful trying to claim when the company took a long time to get back to me after enquires
Bad service when claiming. Luckily it wasn’t a medical claim. Just simple reading glasses lost. I sent at least 10 documents and multiple emails phone calls for only 150 dollars. Hardly worth it.
