I am an "Insure and Go" repeat customer.
I am a repeat Insure and Go customer. I have never made a claim so cannot comment on the claims procedure. The web-site is quick and easy to use however. it is not possible to extend a current policy on line and I had to make phone contact. First I could not ring out. A sales consultant rang me but as Telstra charges $3 per minute to receive calls, it cost me $18 to hear the consultant read out the same conditions i had accepted on-line. The whole process was protracted and annoying. There should be an "extend: option on-line to save all this inconvenience. It I need to extend in future I shall go to a different company.
