claim all paid - no fuss
I took out a family policy for overseas travel. About 6 weeks or so later, I suffered a medical problem which, on the advice of a specialist, necessitated having to cancel our trip.
After getting all the paperwork and medical reports together and filling in all the insurance company forms, and getting my GP to complete the form related to him, I sent everything off (by email) to the company's office.
In just 15 days the entire amount I had claimed was in my bank account.
No fuss.
Would I recommend Insure and Go for travel insurance? Absolutely!
