    I hope you can tell me how you received a policy refund.
    I took out my $1457 policy in December to start on 3/5/20 but with the travel bans, i can't use the policy.
    I asked for a refund but I was denied.

  • You can only get a refund if you take out another policy and pay for it then they will give you a refund.
    Check with them
    We got refund $1000 new policy $300.
    If you just cancel policy they wont give you a cent.
