Rude customer service!
Rang Tick customer service to be told that going through 3rd party sites to obtain insurance, doesn't give you the correct policy - wanted to add my children as I was unable to do so at the time of booking - was advised that I made the mistake so they were unable to help. I had to cancel the policy and start again - but as it is out of the 14 days I couldn't have the same price. She spoke very rudely and abrupt!
Would never recommend Tick insurance or use them in the future.
