Purchased a policy online for a cruise for 4 people. This then changed to 5 people with the cruise dates requiring amending, slightly. In order to make the adjustment I had to phone them. They had to cancel and complete a new policy. I then had to tell them every little doctor / hospital visit over the past 5 years, from an ear ache to cancer. Why did this have to be done now, it wasn't when I purchased the initial policy. I wanted the policy to ensure against natural disaster, I'm unsure the link between that and a tooth ache!!! It took 4 emails, the last being quite abrupt, before I got a response to my initial request.
