Failure to respond, tough guidelines - but eventually got an answer.
Making a claim was very confusing the the staff were extremely unhelpful. I had to email numerous times in which my emails were 'closed off' but I never received a response from your team for months. Richard Saludares eventually got my email and responded and did a terrific job in assisting me to process my claim. Please ensure gratitude is passed onto Richard. Thank you. :)
