Communication could be improved if your staff took the trouble and actually read messages instead of sending "cut & paste" replies. - the "one that fits all" approach is not always suitable. In my case it took more than 10 email exchanges before someone answered my simple, straight forward question - very time wasting and most frustrating. Perhaps, due to a glitch in your software - we received two copies of each email. Surely an efficient organisation with competent staff could do better.
