Taking a while to just change the dates of insurance coverage.
I made a mistake on the dates our travel dates is supposed to be. After my online transaction we notice the mistake and called straightaway but unfortunately after (3)attempts & up to this date no result. I don't understand why the people taking calls has to email our request to someone who seems like a ghost. No acknowledgement whatsoever that they receive such a request for a change. Will it take 4days or more to change a date?
