I required assistance while overseas and could not contct them via phone or email.
I needed to contact Tick while overseas. I wanted to know what I was covered for if I cut my holiday short to return home for a family funeral. I called the emergency number and hung up after 20 expenseive minutes on hold. Then I tried emailing them but, still had not received a reply by the time I had returned home 4 days later. It was now too late but, I wanted to register my disatisatisfacton so, I emailed again. I finally got a reply several days later. However, the call centre staff although pleasant and polite, just did not understand what I was trying to say, at all. Clearly they are only trained to deal with claims, as they kept telling me to lodge a claim. I was in Sri Lanka at the time of the terrorist bomibings so, luckily it wasn't a serious emergency. I would not recommend them. In fact I would say do not use them!!!!!
