  • This is a real worry! I am about to purchase travel insurance and would consider the medical welfare of the customer to paramount. It sounds to me, like this may have been a cost cutting exercise!

  • Would suggest you look elsewhere Conrad! Five month later and I am still getting letters from a German hospital asking me to pay my bill...Zoom assured me they were sorting this months ago.
