Great Package.

All immediate and extended family members now use Zoom and we are very happy with the pricing, ease of online purchase, and the great package inclusions that suites our travel styles.

However. none of us have ever had to make a claim. So, while the purchase side of Zooom seems excellent the real test of the product will be at the unfortunate time if we ever have to make a claim.
