Outstanding customer service

I recently had to make a claim for a trip to Bali, where myself and my niece got severe Bali Belly. We needed a doctor to attend our hotel on two separate occasions. The entire claims process was very user-friendly and so easy! I was able to submit all relevant documents online and my claim was approved promptly. Staff were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Zoom to anyone travelling overseas.
