Slow to respond to queries
I e mailed you several times and no one got back to me. I faxed you forms with pre existing medical illness you responded with tel and ask for quote but when I did you said you had no record of it. I asked for supervisor to ring me no one did. In the end I had to go without ny pre existing medical complaint being covered.
