I found 1Cover to be easy to handle when sadly we had to cancel our NZ Cruise. Was all done via e-mail quick and easy. (They did forget to send me one document) but once all paper work was submitted,
All good 2nd time we've used this company. All good, but then again, we've not had to make a claim. This would be the true test for a Travel Insurance Company.
