I inadvertently only added one of two medication receipts to my original claim. I emailed 1cover. It wasn't an issue. Could send details through. It was received and acted upon very quickly.<br/>H
I was happy with return response time regarding my claim. 1 Cover covered my expenses except the $200.00. I personally think that's a bit excessive but I guess most insurance companies do the same
Luckily I have never needed to make a claim, i do use this travel insurance each time i travel. It's not overly expensive and for me it covers my needs.
