We have used Zoom over and over because one of the cheapest and has exceptional customer service. Had a fall which resulted in a kneecap fracture and had to have a straight leg splint on for 6 weeks.
Our daughter lost her expensive dental plate while out at dinner when travelling and Zoom Travel took care of reimbursing for the replacement. Alleviated a lot of stress for our family and daughter.
