not easy to deal with

wheel came of the van while travelling after picking up from Suncorp repairer did a lot of damage I feel the repairs was negligent in the repairs as the the battery turmoil was not tightened on the battery either. The car wouldnt start when I went to get tea and found the lead lifted straight up. Suncorp wanted to then charge me another claims excess. I was upset as they put me on the highway in a unsafe van & car endangered my life. Had to take to the ombudsmen where they agreed Wendy
