Avoid at all costs
I had a landlord and a home content insurance with AMMI. I lodged a claim recently as there was a a water damage in my property.
It took them 2 months to take remedies actions to stop the water damage but yet nothing has been done except for removing some of the floorboards in my property after 5 weeks the incident happened. Yet due to the lack of urgency of their actions, my property is now full of mould and it comes not liveable (due to mould issues).
I lodged a complaint and yet they didn't offer any solution.
Their customer service is terrible. They never said sorry in their calls and emails.
I will not go with them anymore.
